John talks about how he got started in his hugely successful 30+ year career in copywriting and marketing. In particular he talks about the hard and fast lessons he learnt from grass roots salesmanship like door to door sales and advertising.
You learn real quick what motivates people, and the steps of persuasion when you’re standing on a strangers step and have to make that sale.
